This 6-week program is designed for women in peri-menopause and menopause who want to feel strong, confident, and supported while learning how to lift free weights safely and effectively. Unlike big, intimidating gym settings, this program offers a private, small-group environment where you’ll get hands-on coaching and personalized attention.
Over 6 weeks, you’ll get:
✔ A personalized fitness assessment
✔ Step-by-step instruction in strength training form and technique
✔ Hands-on coaching with free weights and gym equipment
✔ A customized take-home strength plan to keep you progressing
✔ Encouragement, accountability, and connection with a group of like-minded women
