We do not share, sell, or distribute your information to third parties, except where required by law or as necessary to complete your transaction (e.g. through a secure payment processor).
Cancellation Policy
Community Centre Programs
For classes hosted at community centres, please follow the cancellation policies set by the hosting venue.
Structured Programs & Workshops (booked directly with Serene Movement)
Bookings for small-group programs are non-refundable, as spots are extremely limited and your registration helps ensure the group can run.
If you need to cancel your full program registration:
Please email at least 48 hours before the program start date so we can offer your spot to someone on the waitlist.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the start time or missed sessions are non-refundable.
Most programs require a minimum number of participants to run, so your commitment truly supports the whole group.
In special circumstances (such as illness, emergencies, or significant life events), flexibility may be offered at our discretion.
Private Training Sessions
Because private sessions take place in rented private training spaces (each with their own scheduling and cancellation requirements) please be mindful of the following:
Sessions require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a $25 late cancellation fee.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in the forfeiture of that session (one session will be deducted from your package).
In special circumstances (such as illness, emergencies, or significant life events), flexibility may be offered at our discretion. Please let us know as soon as possible.
