Cancellation Policy

Community Centre Classes/Programs

For classes hosted at community centres, please follow the cancellation policies set by the hosting venue.

Structured Programs & Workshops

  • Bookings for small-group programs & workshops are non-refundable, as spots are extremely limited and your registration helps ensure the group can run.

  • If you are unable to attend your full program, please notify us at least 48 hours before the start date so your spot can be offered to someone on the waitlist.

  • Missed sessions, late cancellations, or no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled or carried forward. Sessions are not recorded.

  • Most programs require a minimum number of participants to run, so your commitment truly supports the whole group.

Private Training Sessions

Private sessions take place in rented private training spaces (each with their own scheduling and cancellation requirements) please be mindful of the following:

  • Sessions require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a $25 late cancellation fee, charged to the card on file.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in the session being forfeited and deducted from your package.

  • All private training packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions after this period will expire.

  • Sessions are reserved specifically for your scheduled time and cannot be transferred or reassigned.

In special circumstances (such as illness, emergencies, or significant life events), flexibility may be offered at our discretion. Please let us know as soon as possible.
