At Serene Movement, we value your privacy. Any personal information collected through our website (such as your name, email address, or payment details) is used solely for the purpose of delivering our services, processing bookings, or communicating directly with you.

We do not share, sell, or distribute your information to third parties, except where required by law or as necessary to complete your transaction (e.g. through a secure payment processor).

Cancellation Policy

For community events at community centres, please follow the cancellation policy set by the hosting venue.

For in-person workshops or small-group programs booked directly with Serene Movement:

  • Bookings are non-refundable, as spots are very limited.

  • If you need to cancel, please email us at least 48 hours before your program starts so we can offer your spot to someone on the waitlist.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the start time, or missed sessions, are non-refundable.

  • Many of our programs have a minimum number of participants to run, so your spot makes a big difference to the group.

  • In special circumstances, exceptions may be made at our discretion.
