Community Centre Classes/Programs

Affordable small group programs at local community centres in Victoria, BC to introduce you to strength and mobility training and to learn safe movement and exercise fundamentals. Programs include both education and an exercise component.

In-Person Workshops

In-person education and exercise workshops to introduce you to the benefits of strength and mobility training or provide in depth information on specific topics such as exercising during perimenopause/menopause.

Small-Group In-Person Training- Coming Soon!

Looking for extra accountability and personal guidance? Our small-group sessions combine the benefits of one-on-one attention with the motivation of training alongside others. With a maximum of 2–3 participants, you’ll get dedicated support on your strength plan in a welcoming, inclusive environment.
