Education Workshops

In-person or online education workshops to introduce you to the benefits of strength and mobility training to support your body through perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. Gain the knowledge and confidence to move safely, build healthy habits, and feel stronger for life.

Community Classes

Affordable small group programs at local community centres in Victoria, BC to introduce you to strength and mobility training and to learn safe movement and exercise fundamentals. These classes give you the knowledge, structure, and encouragement you need to begin your fitness journey safely, and to feel stronger and more capable in your daily life.

*Programs include both an education and an exercise component.

1:1 Personalized Strength and Mobility Training

Personalized training plans with expert coaching, and education for those seeking ongoing tailored support and deeper results. Online only.

How To Sign Up

  • Find available programs and workshops on the Community Events Page. These are seasonal with limited spots, so book early to avoid missing out!

    Note: Registration is completed directly through the community centre’s website.

  • Start anytime with a free intro call. Visit my booking page . Choose a time that works for you and enter your email!

    Note: All meetings will be done through Google Meet and a link will be sent in your confirmation email.

    How it works:

    • Initial assessment: We’ll explore your health history, goals, and discuss exercise preferences to ensure your plan is right for you.

    • Personalized training plan: you’ll receive 24-48 hours after initial assessment

    • Support and coaching: You’ll receive weekly training sessions and email check-ins for the length of your program.

    • Off-boarding call: In our last session we will review all your plan materials and ensure your final questions are answered. You can also book additional individual sessions at a 30% discount if you want continued support!
