Community Classes
Our community exercise and education classes are beginner-friendly, approachable, and affordable, designed to help you move with confidence while learning about your body.Held at local community centres across Victoria, BC, these classes combine practical exercise with education on movement, mobility, and wellness.Each session comes with summary PDFs so you can review key tips and exercises at home, making it easy to continue your practice beyond the class.
Pricing:
Education Classes: Offered at no cost or a small fee ($5–$10)
Exercise Classes: $10–$20 per class
Structured Movement Programs
Our structured programs offer a comprehensive, full-transformation experience that combines hands-on coaching with in-depth education in movement, mobility, behaviour change, and exercise psychology in a small group environment.
With a blend of in-person sessions and live-online education modules, you’ll receive continuous guidance, structured learning, and personalized support every step of the way.
Each program includes a detailed class workbook, helping you track progress and build long-term skills beyond the gym, and a private WhatsApp group for ongoing questions/support.
Sessions take place in a small, private fitness environments designed for meaningful connection and growth.
This is our most popular offering for those who want not just a workout, but a deeper understanding of their body and lasting confidence in how they move.

STRONG Foundations Workshop – $85
June 11th, 2026 6-8pm @Kwench
A 2-hour in-person workshop introducing the fundamentals of structured strength training for women in perimenopause and menopause.
What’s included:
2-hour guided workshop led by a Registered Kinesiologist
Education on foundational strength training principles
Instruction and practice of key movement patterns
Guided full-body strength training session using dumbbells and bodyweight
Small group setting for individualized coaching and support
Private Training (1:1)

Private training is offered in a 1:1 format, giving you fully dedicated in-person time for hands-on, personalized kinesiology-based support.
We partner with select local clinics/studios to provide quiet, private training spaces—calm, supportive environments that feel far from the noise and intensity of large commercial gyms.
This option is best suited for individuals who already have a general foundation in exercise and are looking for focused guidance to refine movement, build strength, or progress toward specific goals. If you’re a beginner seeking more comprehensive education and structured coaching, our training programs may be a better fit.
All new clients begin with a comprehensive Initial Assessment ($150). This session allows us to understand your movement history, goals, and any relevant health or injury considerations so your training is appropriate, effective, and tailored to you.
For returning clients who have previously completed a program, the initial assessment may be waived at our discretion.*
Pricing:
Initial Assessment- $150
A comprehensive movement and training assessment to understand your goals, movement history, and current capacity. This ensures your coaching is structured, appropriate, and individualized.
Short-Term Training (3 Sessions) $375 ($125/session)
A focused coaching block designed to refine movement, improve technique, and build confidence in training.
Extended Training (6 Sessions) $690 ($115/session)
A more in-depth coaching block for clients who want continued support with progression, strength development, and structured feedback over time.
Notes: Packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and are non-transferable. No refunds after purchase.
