About Me
I am a Registered Kinesiologist (R.Kin) with a passion for helping individuals build stronger, healthier bodies through coaching, education, and personalized movement programs. My approach is grounded in evidence-based methods that focus on how you feel, not how you look.
For over 7 years, I’ve worked with women during perimenopause and post menopause, women during and after cancer treatment, adults with cardiac conditions, and adults new to exercise! My mission is simple: provide you with the knowledge and tools to build strength, move with ease, and enjoy movement!

Masters in Medical Science (MSc) from the University of Toronto. My graduate thesis explored the effects of physical activity on cardiac function and quality of life in women with breast cancer.
