This 3 week beginner friendly exercise series is for women navigating perimenopause or menopause and are new (or returning) to exercise.  Over the 3 weeks, you’ll learn safe, effective bodyweight and resistance band exercises, focus on proper form, and build confidence in movement.

Each session combines guided exercise, personalized feedback, and education to help you feel capable, supported, and consistent. Perfect if you want to create a strong foundation before progressing to strength training with weights.

By the end of this program, you’ll be able to perform key bodyweight and resistance band exercises with confidence and understand how to build your own mobility, balance, and strength sessions at home or in the gym.

Take-home workbook provided.

This 2-hour small-group workshop at KWENCH (2031 Store Street, Victoria BC) combines an engaging education session with a hands-on strength class. You’ll learn how to lift weights safely and effectively, get real-time feedback on your technique, and leave with a plan you can follow at home!

Perfect for beginners or those returning to exercise.

Bring a water bottle and workout clothes! A notebook/pen is optional.

STRONG Through Menopause Small-Group Training

Registration is open!

This 6-week program is designed for women in peri-menopause and menopause who want to feel strong, confident, and supported while learning how to lift free weights safely and effectively. Unlike big, intimidating gym settings, this program offers a private, small-group environment where you’ll get hands-on coaching and personalized attention.

Over 6 weeks, you’ll get:

✔ A personalized fitness assessment
✔ Step-by-step instruction in strength training form and technique
✔ Hands-on coaching with free weights and gym equipment
✔ A customized take-home strength plan to keep you progressing
✔ Encouragement, accountability, and connection with a group of like-minded women
