This 4 week beginner friendly exercise series is for women navigating perimenopause or menopause and are new (or returning) to exercise. Over the 3 weeks, you’ll learn safe, effective bodyweight and resistance band exercises, focus on proper form, and build confidence in movement.
Each session combines guided exercise, personalized feedback, and education to help you feel capable, supported, and consistent. Perfect if you want to create a strong foundation before progressing to strength training with weights.
By the end of this program, you’ll be able to perform key bodyweight and resistance band exercises with confidence and understand how to build your own mobility, balance, and strength sessions at home or in the gym.
