What We Offer

Community Classes

  • Our community exercise and education classes are beginner-friendly, approachable, and affordable, designed to help you move with confidence while learning about your body. 
  • Held at local community centres across Victoria, BC, these classes combine practical exercise with education on movement, mobility, and wellness. 
  • Each session comes with summary PDFs so you can review key tips and exercises at home, making it easy to continue your practice beyond the class.

Pricing:

  • Education Classes: Offered at no cost or a small fee ($5–$10)

  • Exercise Classes: $10–$20 per class


Semi-Private Training Programs

  • Our semi-private training programs offer a comprehensive, full-transformation experience that combines hands-on coaching with in-depth education in movement, mobility, behaviour change, and exercise psychology.

  • With a blend of in-person sessions and live-online education modules, you’ll receive continuous guidance, structured learning, and personalized support every step of the way.

  • Each program includes a detailed class workbook, helping you track progress and build long-term skills beyond the gym, and a private WhatsApp group for ongoing questions/support.

  • Sessions take place in a small, private fitness environments designed for meaningful connection and growth.

  • This is our most well-rounded offering for those who want not just a workout, but a deeper understanding of their body and lasting confidence in how they move.

Current Programs & Pricing:

STRONG Through Menopause12-Week Transformation – $1,400
(or 3 payments of $460/month)

  • A comprehensive 12-week program combining semi-private in-person training (2-3 ppl max), live online education, and hands-on guidance.

    • 12 in-person sessions (1 hour each)

    • 6 live-online education modules (1 hour each)

    • 3 progressive phases: Foundation → Progression → Ownership

    • Comprehensive workbook including reflection prompts, journal pages, exercise log, and tracking tools to reinforce learning and progress

    • Ongoing support via WhatsApp – get answers, tips, and encouragement between sessions

    • Personalized attention and support throughout


Private Training (1:1 or 2:1)

  • Private training is offered in a 1:1 or partner/friend (2:1) format, giving you fully dedicated in-person time for hands-on, personalized kinesiology-based support.

  • We partner with select local clinics to provide quiet, private training spaces—calm, supportive environments that feel far from the noise and intensity of large commercial gyms.

  • This option is ideal for those who already have a general exercise foundation and want focused guidance to refine their movement, build strength, or work toward specific goals. If you’re a beginner seeking more comprehensive education and structured coaching, our semi-private programs may be a better fit.

  • All new clients begin with a comprehensive Initial Assessment ($110) to ensure your program reflects your needs, goals, and health considerations; this fee is waived for graduates of our training programs.
