Start anytime with a free intro call. Visit my Jane Booking Site . Just enter your email to create a secure account and keep your information private. Then choose a time that works for you!
Note: All meetings will be done through the Jane Video software on your account.
All services and programs are booked and administered on the Jane app.
How It Works

A complimentary call to review your goals and confirm and get to know me and my services !

We’ll explore your health history, goals, and discuss exercise preferences to ensure your plan is right for you.
*If starting a program, at the end of this session we will book your next session(s) for the remainder of the program to ensure we stay on track!

A customized step-by-step roadmap tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and fitness level will be shared with you 24-48 hours after our initial assessment.

Stay on track with the addition of educational workshops, 1:1 strength and mobility sessions, and coaching calls to keep you motivated.
*If in a program, we will build the weekly schedule outlined on our services page at the end of your initial assessment!

In our last session we will review all your plan materials and ensure your final questions are answered. You can also book additional individual sessions at a 30% discount if you want continued support!
You can book discounted sessions up to 6 months after completing the program. After this time another assessment or program will be required to re-evaluate your progress and plan.
