Navigating perimenopause and menopause brings real changes to your body, but the right kind of movement can help you feel more energized, strong, and confident.

Join me for this FREE, practical, beginner-friendly education session where you’ll learn the foundations of safe, effective exercise for midlife and beyond. We’ll cover the key types of exercise—strength training, cardio, balance, and mobility—why they matter, and how to build a routine that supports your changing body. Whether you’re brand new to exercise or getting back into it, this session is designed to help you feel informed, supported, and empowered—not overwhelmed.

Saturdays 9:00 - 10:30 am

October 4 - November 22 (No class: Oct 11 & 25, 2025)

Registration Begins August 1st!

A 6-week exercise program designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in your fitness journey. Each 90-minute session includes approximately 30 minutes of practical education and 45 minutes of guided exercise, with time built in for questions.
